Biography

Dr. M.G.G. Awanthi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Engineering and Environmental Technology at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ruhuna. Her work focuses on post-harvest technologies, grain quality and storage systems, and applied approaches for assessing environmental impacts such as carbon footprint. She contributes to teaching, research, and student supervision in areas related to sustainable agricultural engineering.
