Biography

Ms. D.S. Wickramasinghe is a Lecturer (Probationary) in the Department of Crop Science, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ruhuna. Her research focuses on precision agriculture, UAV-based multispectral imaging, machine learning for disease detection, and sustainable agricultural systems. She earned her BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Resource Management and Technology from the University of Ruhuna with First Class honours (OGPA 3.92/4.00) and is currently reading her MSc in Building Resilience in Tropical Agro-ecosystems (BRITAE). She has international research experience including a research internship at Naresuan University, Thailand, and participation in the JENESYS Japan International Exchange Programme.
