Biography

Ms. M.A.M.I. Perera is Muthukuda Arachchige Madhushika Iroshini Perera, serving as a Lecturer (Probationary) in the Department of Agricultural Economics since 02. 01. 2020. Ms. M.A.M.I. Perera studied at Sirimavo Bandaranaike Vidyalaya, Colombo 07. Ms. M.A.M.I. Perera obtained BSc in Agriculture from University of Ruhuna with a First Class Honours of OGPA 3.82 in 2014. Ms. M.A.M.I. Perera served as a Temporary Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Economics for one year from 2015-2016. Ms. M.A.M.I. Perera obtained MSc in Marine Ecosystems Management and Climate Change from University of Tromso and Burgen University in Norway and Nha Trang University, Vietnam in 2018 following a full scholarship offered by NORHED. Ms. M.A.M.I. Perera served in NGOs including United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UNHABITAT) at different capacities.
