Biography

Shishanthi Jayarathna is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Animal Science at the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. Her research interests include Animal Product Processing, Sustainable Livestock Systems, Dairy Technology, and Functional Foods. Her work bridges Animal Science, Food Science, and Sustainability to develop practical solutions for food security and ethical animal production.
