The Faculty offers a 4-year BSc (Agriculture) degree conducted in the English medium. Postgraduate programmes include MPhil, PhD, MSc, and Postgraduate Diploma programmes across several disciplines (Crop Production Technology, Food Science & Technology, Animal Science, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Economics, and Green Technology).
The Faculty has the Mahapola Scholarship Scheme, Bursary Scheme, and several Endowed Scholarships. Applications should be submitted to the Faculty Office at the beginning of each academic year. Yes. The Faculty has separate hostels for male and female students. Allocation is based on distance from home, academic year, and availability. First-year students receive priority. See the Accommodation page for more information.

The Department of Physical Education provides a wide range of sports, including cricket, football, volleyball, badminton, athletics, and swimming. The Faculty supports students representing the university in inter-university competitions. See the Sports Facilities page for more information.
